Catalyst evaluates opportunities individually. Property type, market, condition, title, access, economics, and transaction structure can all affect whether a property fits our current acquisition criteria.
Single-family homes
Owner-occupied, vacant, rental, dated, updated, or repair-heavy homes may be considered.
Rental properties
Occupied or vacant rental properties may be reviewed, subject to leases and transaction requirements.
Inherited properties
Properties passing through an estate or inheritance may be considered, including situations requiring additional title or probate documentation.
Vacant & distressed properties
Properties with deferred maintenance or significant repair needs may still fit our criteria.
Land & lots
Vacant residential land, lots, and other land opportunities may be considered based on marketability and physical characteristics.
